AGRI+, SASCI AND SAFE ANNUAL WORKSHOP
Anama Consulting supported the facilitation of a Joint Learning Workshop in collaboration with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), aimed at fostering knowledge exchange and reflection among project stakeholders. The workshop was designed as a collaborative platform where government partners, implementing agencies, and community representatives could share experiences, discuss challenges, and identify best practices emerging from project implementation. Through this process, Anama helped create a structured yet open environment that encouraged dialogue, mutual learning, and cross-sectoral insights.
Using participatory facilitation methods, Anama guided stakeholders through reflective sessions, group discussions, and synthesis exercises to distill key lessons learned and actionable recommendations. The approach emphasized inclusivity and practical learning, ensuring that diverse perspectives were captured and translated into concrete strategies for improvement. As a result, the Joint Learning Workshop not only strengthened stakeholder alignment and capacity but also contributed to more adaptive, evidence-based program implementation moving forward.
